Riverview
A view of the ubiquitous Mississippi River. As you go further north in Minnesota, the prairie is abruptly replaced by evergreen forests. This scene is from the river at the southern edge of that wooded area. I wanted to emphasize the patterns of sunlight on the tree trunks and branches. I also wanted to show the denseness of the forest against the wide open area of the river.
